Message The low octane maps are only used when a fault is detected. I.E. O2 sensor(s) are dead, temp sensor, det densor, and a few others will kick it into safety boost. It will also enter this mode when knock is detected for a duration of time (actually # of hits within a given time).

In normal mode, it is always accessing the high octane fuel and timing maps. In 5th gear it uses the high octane high gear fuel map - it still uses the high octane timing map.

My program is different (and better) in the fact that my low octane maps are actually configured with less timing and more fuel. JWT's is not this way. So when JWT's is in safety boost (because of some fault) and you are using a boost controller, you will never know anything is wrong. Hopefully you would find it before something went boom.
